Have to run Elements as an administrator

Running Windows 10 with all updates applied

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018 all updates applied

I do not know if this is a problem with Elements or Windows but thought I would try here first.

All of a sudden I can not get Elements to start unless I right click the Icon on my desktop and choose Run as Administrator.

Any and all help is appreciated.
