Have to sign in every time with Adobe ID when I open app, why?

Every time I open the app it asks me to sign in every time with my adobe ID.

Purchased from Windows Store, Photoshop Elements 2024, worked no problem, only asked me to sign in when I first got it.

Now it's asking me every time I open the app now, I don't always have an internet access all the time so it leaves me unable to access the app I've paid for on a regular basis.

Can it be resolved?

App says I'm signed in when I check, it seems it's Adobe that has an issue remembering.

Any help appreciated.

Do you have any optimizing software installed that may be removing stored Adobe information?

Hi, sorry for the delay, only thing i have is ccleaner, but i've used it for a while, before adone and its not caused any issues before.

Check your setting for cookies to keep in CCleaner.

When it updates, sometimes it doesn't keep your settings.

Try contacting Adobe Support. Since you purchased from the Microsoft store, it may be an issue with Windows activation. You may therefore want to contact Microsoft Support also.
