Hi, is Adobe elements 14 compatible with HEIC (iPhone)? If not is there a Plug In available/

Not compatible. I don't know of any plug-ins. Developers are unlikely to provide these for older software like PSE14. Adobe has just started supporting the HEIC files in Lightroom (not video yet) so it’s still a new situation. Apple is also still developing the new format – only the iphone 7+, 8+ and X can take photos with depth data in the new portrait mode. I guess Elements will follow suit but I don’t know when. Many Apple users may bypass Organizer and edit directly from the Apple Photos app into the PSE editor using Extensions.

Photos on Mac OS now permits the use of Extensions.  Go to my blog for more information:
