Hello,

I have recently upgraded my PC to Windows 11 and am trying to reinstall my PS Elements software. Version 20.0, Registration March 2nd, 2022. Unfortunately the installation process is failing at around 20% of the install.. I have tried a number of times with the same result. Some error messages appear, such as error code183 and MSVCP120.dll not found. Can you please help?
