Can someone please tell me how to escalate an ongoing problem or write to corporate to complain about customer support?

    Three phone calls, 4 chat session, about 8 forum posts, 4 weeks. I tried to upgrade my PSE13 to PSE 18 but it would not install. Several people have take over my computer remotely and in doing so they ruined and deleted my PSE 13 and now I can't reinstall that either. Being told it's no longer supported:

    I posted my error log, i cannot read it and interpret it because I am a consumer and not a tech specialist. No one will help me.
