Help accessing PS Elements 10 thru App Store?

I purchased Photoshop Elements 10, probably in 2013, thru the Apple App Store. It s no longer available thru the App Store. I am trying to install this product I purchased onto an operating system from that era which I reinstalled onto my computer.
