Help choosing product

Hi, I need to do 3 things with my photographs so I can upload them to my website

1. Adjust them for clarity and colour

2. Resize them efficiently so they have a uniform look

3. Overlay text on them

I can do all this now but not with 1 package, could I do this with Elements ? I really don't think I need the full blown package I just want to do basic adjustments.

    You can download the latest version of Photoshop Elements i.e. Photoshop Elements 2019 from here.

    Download Photoshop Elements | 2019, 2018, and 15

    The duration of the free trial is 30 days. If the application fulfils all your needs, you can go ahead and purchase it.

    ...and you won't have to reinstall it.  You can just enter the serial number.
