The document “thumb_untitled00002-Edit.jpg” could not be opened. Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 cannot open files in the “JPEG image” format.

    From the name of that jpeg file, I gather that it's not an image from a camera, but a thumbnail created by a browsing utility. What is its size in kilobytes?
