help in german language/special offer Photoshop Elements

hallo,

i am not good in english.

Question one:

I saw a special offer for Photoshop elements and Premiere Elements 15 for 99,96 Euro. A desktop version. I am interested only in Photoshop. As a desktop version, not as an abo. I saw offers at amazon. But I read there, thats no fullversion. What s the cheapest possibility to buy Photoshop Elements 15 full version as a desktop version (no abo)

Question two

The date for end of the adobe special offer was yesterday. It s still displayed in my "Warenkorb". Can i still buy it for the cheaper price? Is there no one from adobe who can answer these questions? I have called the support/product hotline, but they can tell me only about the abo.

Thanks for your help!

There are special offers from time to time not only from Adobe, but also from big resellers like Amazon. Those offers may be for the combo Photoshop Elements plus Premiere Elements or for one of them separately. Generally you are offered an 'upgrade' price if you already have an older version (about 20%). That's only a difference in price, the software is exactly the same. And Elements is always a 'perpetual' licence (no abo).

Well, the support people seem to ignore everything about Elements! .

The problem with those special offers is that you don't know when they will be offered. Did you own a previous version of Elements before?

Also, the language is chosen at the installation time. It's the same installation file for the supported languages.

You can buy either the downloaded version or a boxed one. The advantage of the box is that it contains installation files for both Windows and Macs which have the same licence key. Downloads are for a single platform.
