Help my brush disappeared

Suddenly, my brush has disappeared. Whenever I try to use my healing brush, clone, etc, all that appears is a cross or plus sign . Usually, I have a little circle that I can increase in size from 0mm to 1000mm. Instead I now have the plus sign which stays the same size. I cannot tell ho big of an area I am trying to heal, clone etc. Does anyone know how I go back to the expandable circle brush?

    You don't state which version of PSE.

    Go to Edit>Preferences>Display and Cursors. See if "Normal Brush Tip" is checked.
