Help not working in PSE 2024

In PSE 2024, when I click Help on the main menu, than any item in the dropdown list, I get a 404 error.  This has been confirmed by another user with PSE2024.  How can I fix this problem?

I have confirmed the problem.  It is usually a temporary server issue, but I shall let Adobe know about it.

Thanks for doing that Greg.  It continues today, so it seems to be larger than intermittent.
