Help Opens Chrome Browser That Thinks I'm On Vista ~ I'm on Windows 10

In Adobe Photoshop Elements 14, when I hit F1 or click on "Photoshop Elements Help" from the Help menu, it opens a Chrome browser window that warns me that Chrome is no longer being supported on Vista operating systems. I'm on a Windows 10 computer that has always been a Windows 10 computer (no upgrading). The particular browser window that opens is the same profile that I use every day which never acts like I'm on Vista. And yes, I checked the Chrome link and there is no check mark for compatibility versions. Somehow, Elements is accessing a Chrome browser that thinks I'm on my old, Vista computer, even though, as I said above, it's the same browser profile with all my current bookmarks that I use every day without this problem. It's not a big deal. It's just a head scratcher I'd like to solve.
