Help screens on Photoshop Elements 2024

I just got a new computer with Windows 11. I loaded Photoshop Elements 2024 on it from the original discs, and it works fine. However, I cannot access the help screens now. I get a 404 error message. Can this be fixed? (Help screens worked fine on my old Windows 10 machine.)

Adobe has fixed the Elements 2024 Help link but it goes to the main Support page which contains a link to the User Guide referenced by @99jon. It seems to me that if one is using a command or tool within the program and you press F1, it should take you to the relevant page in the User Guide. I’m not sure this is happening with any version of Elements.

BTW, I have randomly looked at Elements 2022 and 2026 and they both point to the general support page which is not very helpful.

@markp837, this should not be happening with Elements 2024. There is sometimes a temporary server issue. I shall report it to Adobe and I see no reason why it won’t be fixed.

PSE2024 is no longer supported. 99.99% of users get their support from this group. I get the same 404 message which tells me those “help” pages no longer exist.

It won’t be fixed.
