Help uninstalling/reinstalling Photoshop Elements 22

My MacBook Pro recently stopped working and I had to use a Time Machine backup to load all of my harddrive again.

Photoshop Elements 22 is "buggy" now - slow to operate and the colors are all lines and messed up. It's almost impossible to use like this.

I think that I need to reinstall the program but when I go to Utilities to try and uninstall the app, it's not listed there. So now I have no clue what to do. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi.  You don't say what operating system you have on your Mac.  If it is the newest one then you may have to update to PSElements 2024.  I had similar issues when I upgraded to Sonoma; Elements 2022 was not compatible with the newest OS so I had to buy Elements 2024, which does work.  It's a pain but it is profitable for Adobe.

Installing the macOS Sonoma 14.2.1 update seems to fix the interface graphical issues.

Oh yes - it's Sonoma. That sucks. But you're probably right. Thanks
