Help with error when installing!

Hi, I purchased the elements 14 for our daughter and we're now trying to install it on her new laptop but keep getting the following error:

Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open 'PhotoshopElements_14_WWEFEJ(2).emg' Because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for examaple, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).

We are going straight to the Adobe order page, it's not a link from an email or anything like that... it's our original order link that the directions said we can redownload from.  I've tried updating my reader and flash but it made no difference.  We have windows 10.

I would be so grateful for your help, she is doing a project from her trip to China!

    In case you are not able install using the files downloaded with your purchase, you can always download the setup from Download  Photoshop Elements | 2018, 15, and 14  and install it on your windows 10 machine.

    When you purchased, you must have got a serial number to activate your product. Please use the same serial number to activate it.
