help with photoshop elements 14

Moved this program to a new computer and it was working fine, went to open it today and now it an error box pops up and says the program has an error. Is the a way to get this to work again? 

Adobe support would not even talk to me about it.

If you moved it any other way than doing a proper installation fron scratch, then you need to uninstall it and do a proper installation.

 

Exactly what did the error message say?

 

What operating system?  If Catalina, it won't run.
