Help with revoked keys from Dell

I just bought a laptop from Dell and paid for Photo Shop and Premier Elements.  I used the activation key from Dell to get my license keys.  But fter downloading and installing the products it tells me my keys are revoked.

 

Nativagting support for this has been a nightmare.  Would be nice if I could open a ticket somewhere to get this fixed.

was the laptop purchased from a local "mom and pop" type computer place?   

It doesn't look good at first look.   Read about in the 5 year old thread...
