HELP with slideshow

I am using PS PE V12 to create a slideshow (because 2019 allows NO CREATIVE CONTROL!! it AUTO generates a slideshow). So, slideshow completed...6+ minutes...try to convert to wmv output to share, but it stops at about a minute and a half....WHY....?????
