HEVC-issue in PSE 20 under Win 11

When trying to upload an iPhone camera-recorded .mov-movie, PSE refuses to import, even though the HEVC-driver is installed. Is this issue solved in the latest PSE-release? It is confusing to build a library when the library refuses to add everyday taken footage.
