Hi, I cannot download my Premier Elements 12 in my account. What is the problem please?

Hi, I have my pc replaced and I need to use my elements 12 software . I have my original serial number but can’t access it on your site , at 77 years of age I don’t need any more than what I had

Keep in mind that v12 is a 32 bit application. If you have a new W11 computer, even if you can install the software, running it could cause system problems. It is recommended you create a Windows System Restore point before trying.

I tried to install pse 2010 on a new win 11 computer-- what a disaster! I ended up using a restore point to reset to just before I installed it. It’s nothing I’m losing any sleep over- I have versions, 12,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,22,24,25, and 26 to play with.

I use all those old versions to help people mostly- I do miss the pretty colored icons used in pse 2014 though.

What is the problem you are experiencing? Have you looked in the products page of your Adobe account. A download should be available for your registered Elements 12 program.
