Hi, I have PS Elements 10 & Premiere 10 on my Win 10 PC. The Elements 10 appears to be corrupted.

I have restarted the computer several times however each time Elements 10 is opened most of it is unusable. The drop down menus are gobblegook, the tag are misaligned etc.

Is uninstalling and reinstalling the solution? Or is there a less drastic fix?

I have the original 5 DVD's.

If I go with uninstall and reinstall will all the folders, tags etc. be retained OK.

    This is one of the issues caused by WIN 10 creators update, here are some of the related threads

    Please check if you have latest WIN 10 update installed on your machine.  Some users have reported that the issue got resolved after installing the latest update.
