Hife mit der Funktion Farbe/Sättigung

Hallo in die Runde,

 

ich bin verstört über eine Änderung in Photoshop Elements 2020, es geht um "Bearbeiten --> Farben --> Farbe/Sättigung" 

 

Früher hatte ich hier einzelne Farbfelder, die ich verstärken oder reduzieren konnte und deren Auswirkung ich in der Vorschau sofort neben dem alten Bild sehen konnte. Mit dieser Funktion habe ich in den letzten 12 oder 13 Jahren Tausende von Bildern abgestimmt.

 

Das neue Tool, welches seit irgendeinem sch... Update in meinem Programm erscheint, ist absolut kein Vergleich gegenüber der vorherigen Version. Ich brauche dringen die alte Version wieder, habe die leider nur noch auf einem uralten Rechner, den ich "eigentlich" nicht mehr nutzen möchte...

 

Welche ältere Version von Photoshop muss ich in ebay "jagen", um diese alte Version von "Farbe/Sättigung" wieder zu bekommen?

The 'official' reason the 'color variation' tool has been removed from older Elements versions is indeed because it was  a 32-bit application. However, my personal opinion is that it has been 'moved', not 'removed' for another reason.

- the true reason is that it's a very lame tool to help to achieve coherent color corrections and worse, it does not help at all beginners to understand the properties of light and color such as hue, tint, color temp etc.

- So, it has been moved to the 'quick' edition mode instead of the 'expert' mode with much more powerful tools. Since you are happy and used to color variations, try the quick mode, it is much more coherent as the old one, and you can switch from quick to expert and vice versa during your editing session.

The best tool for color correction remains the ACR (camera raw) interface, especially if you are working on raw and you have a hardware calibrated monitor.

    This was called "Color Variation" and Adobe removed it from the software in recent 64-bit versions.. 

    If you still have the disk from your installation, you can install it on your new computer. If you registered the product with Adobe at the time of purchase, you should be able to access a link to download via your Adobe account.

     I checked on my computer and it was still present on PSEv.8. Probably others on this board with access to PSE will post about  subsequent versions.
