Horizontal Lines in Photos after import!!! need Help!!!

Hello There,

i import many Photos with the Organizer in Photoshop Elements 2018 registered Version on Windows 7 PC all up to date.

Many Pictures have now horizontal lines. When i open the Photos with windows the Photos are perfekt!!!

What can i do???

As Mark said it has been reported many times. I sent many details and examples to Adobe when they asked and have never received an answer. Here are some workarounds:

1. In organizer rotate the photo 4 times. 90% effective (icon on bottom). To make sure it sticks, right click on photo, rebuild thumbnail.

2. Open photo in editor, auto enhance, undo, resave. 99% effective

3. Open photo in another app, resave it in another app. 99.9% effective. May have to re import, which is Adobe's go to recommendation.
