How can I bypass the welcome screen in PSE 2023?

Does anyone have a workaround for bypassing the welcome screen in PSE 2023? The old trick of navigating to PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe and making a shortcut to that no longer seems to be an option, since I can't find the file.

I wish Adobe would see how badly people want an option to bypass this screen!

I spoke too soon. Just found it here, in a funny little blue folder that didn't appear to be a folder at first glance: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2023\
