Hi. How can I change the carpet design in this picture using Photoshop? Tq

In PSE you could make a selection of the carpet areas with the dialog found under the menu Enhance > Change Object Color. See my YouTube Video for further details. Or fill the selection with a texture or choose a design from the graphics tab.
