How can I delete outdated PSE 10?

Similar questions: I have an old copy of Photoshop Elements 10 app on my Mac.  I'm running Sequoia OS 15.5, and the PE 10 uninstaller is no longer compatible. How do I properly uninstall this application?

Ditto for Extend Script Toolkit 2 app (no uninstaller, just the app), as well as just the installer and uninstaller for Adobe AIR (no app), none of which will run on Sequoia. I do not have Creative Cloud. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
