. . . You can also edit a misspelled tag by right-clicking on the tag in the hierarchy, choosing Edit, and correcting the name of the tag:

Hi DradioFlyer,

This is Dhananjay Sati from Adobe Technical Support.

It appears you're encountering  issue deleting tags from images in Adobe Elements Organizer .

To resolve this, kindly follow the steps below:

  • To remove a keyword tag from a photo in thumbnail view, right-click or control-click the photo, then choose Remove Keyword Tag > [tag name].
  • In larger views, right-click or control-click the category icon under the photo and select Remove Keyword Tag.
  • To see which keyword tags are attached, hover your pointer over the category icon.
  • To remove a keyword tag from multiple photos, Ctrl-click/Cmd-click to select them, then right-click on one of the selected photos and choose Remove Keyword Tag from Selected Items > [tag name].
  • Another way is to select the photo in Media view, find the keyword tags in the Image Tags panel, right-click the tag, and choose Remove.
