how can I exchange a photo into a montage easier

hey there... I have been making a photo montage for my band flyers... and every so often I like to change up the photos... so I was wondering if there was an easier way to just exchange a photo into a designated area without having to resize it and then fit it into that area all over again... some of the photos are tilted and stretched... and everytime I redo it... it comes out not exactly the same... also after doing like 20 photos in a row it becomes very time consuming trying to get it just right... and I just want to replace the photo into the same spot with the same dimensions which was already set previously without having to resize it each time... sure hope this wasn't too confusing... any help is greatly appreciated... oh... and I use Elements Version 9 if that helps...     The short answer is no. A 4x6" photo will not fit into a 3x3" area.

    thanks for the answer... well then next I would ask... is there a technique for a longer answer...  like if you set a frame of 3x9"... there is no way to exchange a 4x6" photo to appear into that set frame already skewed without having to fine tune it... just wondering...

    The aspect ratios of these dimensions to not coincide.

    If you are determined  to display the photo(s) through a 'window' in a template, you might consider cropping or resizing.
