How can I export my Image of .psb format into JPEG

I have made a family poster for me and I saved it in .psb form but now the Poster work is done but there is no JPEG option, Now how can I export it so that I can it to the Flex Printing shop. My poster is of 4 GB

PSB is the Large Document Format in photoshop cc.

Sounds like you using Photoshop and not Photoshop Elements.

Anyhow Jpeg only supports file sizes of up to 2 gb and photoshop cc (version 13)

and older 30,000 px x 30,000 px pixels dimensions while photoshop cc (version 13.1) allow

about 64k (61,000 px in either direction)

You might try flattening your document before saving and see jpeg is available.

The TIFF file format supports up to 4 gb file size if that is an acceptable file format for the Flex Printing shop.
