How can I re-install software I paid for 2 years ago?

I had a problem with my computer and had to have it repaired.  It came back without my photoshop elements and I need to re-install it.  I have the serial number and original email confirmation.  Does anyone know how to to re-install or have I lost it?  Thanks.
