    click on later when it appears.   After a couple of weeks, it goes away.   Yes, many people complain about.

    Glenn, I DO NOT get those pop-up promotional messages in my PSE 24. This is how I've set my Preferences:

    So, maybe this is evidence that unchecking Automatically check for services, Promotions, & Third Party Services does work to stop those annoying pop-ups.
