How can I work in 4K with Premiere Elements 14?

I bought a drone with a 4K camera.  Trying to edit the videos is a nightmare!  The preview window jitters and jumps continually.  I am a beginner so please don't use words like codec etc.  Everything I find on line is too complicated for me to understand.  I just want to edit my drone home movies.  Thank you.
