How do I change the language to English in Photoshop Elements 2023?

Normally, the language is set when you first install the program and cannot be changed. However, I don't know if this is true with the Microsoft Store version. I suggest you uninstall the program and see if you can choose the language in the first dialogs that appear when you install it again. Otherwise, try contacting Microsoft support.
