Yes. But I would create a shape on Photoshop CC and right click on it and click on "Custom Shape". How do I do that on photoshop elements 2018

Photoshop elements doesn't allow users to Define or Save Custom Shapes.

You can install custom shapes created in photoshop.

    windows

    C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\16.0\Presets\Custom Shapes

    mac

    /Users/User Name/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop Elements 16/Presets/Custom Shapes

Then they will be available under the Custom Shape Tool at the bottom of the list

Some users in this Elements forum are also advanced Photoshop users. If you describe more in detail your CC workflow, you might get useful tips about what you can achieve in the more limited Elements program. Elements has only basic vector tools. I suppose your 'custom shapes' in CC are still available?
