How do I fix this blurry photo? Any suggestions gratefully received.

A simple Enhance>Shake Reduction does a pretty good job on this image:

Try this:

Open the picture file
Duplicate the background layer and set the blending mode of this layer to overlay
Go to Filter>other>high pass and use radius 45-50. ok it.
Open a blank layer at the top, and press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+E
Go to Enhance>Adjust lighting>Shadows/highlights and work the sliders
