How do I manually add a subcategory to my Places - Photoshop 2020

Hi,

When I try to add a subcategory to Laval and click on the arrow right to "+" sign, I only Get:New Place, Rename & Delete. When I click New Places a map opens and if I add an address, it pins it on the map but I don't see it as a new subcategory in Laval.

Can someone help me?
