How do I move catalogued files from one directory to another in Photoshop Elements 12?

    Make sure you do it within the Organizer's Folder panel.  It is best to be in Tree view for this operation.  You can simply drag and drop files from one folder to another.  This screenshot is from Elements 14, the oldest version I have on my machine, but I don't think you will see anything different in version 12.
