How do I open cookie cutter in tool option, elements 15?

CJSM12  wrote Select the Cookie Cutter tool. (Can't locate.)    Click the Cookie Cutter pop-up menu (does not pop up) in the Tool Options bar, and select a shape. I only get a colored shape.  I can't find where the cookie cutter is hiding. Please tell me where to look!  Thanks!

I see you are in 'Expert', good.

1 - The Cookie Cutter tool is nested with the 'Crop' tool in the tools panel on the left. First item in the MODIFY tool group in the bottom. That shows the tool bar. The cookie cutter tool is the icon on the right of the crop tool.

The other way to access that panel is the menu Image >> crop. That tool is just another variant of the crop tool.

2 - You have found it since you can see the shape icon. There is a small black triangle just along the right side of the shape icon. That's what you have to click to choose the shape for the cookie cutter. I guess that is what you are missing.
