How do I re-install PSE 10 after it has been erased instead de-activated?

gerhardf65492520  wrote A "PC Service" deleted my PSE 10 without de-activating it first.  When I try to re-install it, it only claims that the respective file is empty!  What do I need to get it to reinstall?

The license is for use on two machines. If PSEv.10 was installed previously on only one computer, you should be all set. If you think that deactivation is necessary in view of this constraint, you need to contact Adobe directly.
