How do I reactivate my Elements 10 photoshop?

So a few years ago I got Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 (talking like 2014), for my last year of high school. Since then I've changed to a new email as I needed a more professional one once I got out of high school, and my old laptop that had photoshop has completely died.

As such I don't have access to my old laptop but I want to put Elements onto my new computer. However I can't find any way to contact anyone to help me do this, please help!
