How do I reinstall Photoshop Elements 11 after hard disk crash?

My mac laptop recently needed a new hard drive. I previously had Photoshop Elements 11 installed on it.

I still have the disk from my original purchase but I am unable to re-install it.

The disk loads and shows me all the folders within the disk but no way to make it into the full running programme.

Is there anyway I can fix this?
