How do I remove a disconnected file from Photoshop Elements 2026 Organiser?

I have deleted a file from its original location but Organiser still keeps referencing it and simply thinks it is disconnected.

This doesn’t work!

There is NO delete option in the dialog, and pressing the delet key has no effect

right mouse click on the image in organizer choose DELETE MEDIA ,also choose delete from hard drive it you want.
