Question

How do I reset my print options to the default?

I have messed them up by trying to custon size photos sent to print. When I try to print 5X7 the result is half a picture on my 5X7 photo paper. I'm using Elements 12 and a Brother laser printer.

Hello,

Please try clearing the preferences once.

To do so, press Ctrl/Cmd + K and click on 'Reset preferences on next launch' and then click on 'OK'. Then relaunch the application.

Thanks,

Medha

Please click on Adobe Photoshop Elements Editor located near File menu. Then click on Preferences > General.

An alternative to this would be pressing Cmd and K keys simultaneously to view the preferences dialog box.

Click on the 'Reset Preferences on next Launch' as shown in the screenshot.

Thanks,

Medha

Moved from the (mostly defunct) Print Design forum and into a Photoshop Elements support forum.
