How do I transfer photoshop elements 4.0 photo's from old windows 7 pc to new windows 10 pc

Use your installation disc and enter the serial number when prompted to install the program.

Be forewarned that it will likely not work properly on Windows 10.

Also take note that your photos are not stored in Photoshop Elements, but are files on the hard drive where you saved them.

Copy the photos from the W7 computer to an external or flash drive and then copy them from the external drive to the W10 computer.
