How do you still stick to Adobe? They are so terrible

I really want my money back now.  I purchased PE 2025, it says it has a mobile beta app, the app requires the code to open, the Bot asks irrelevant questions, the human made a phone appointment for me for last night, no one called.  Again dealing with Bot who knows nothing, he finally referred me to human, who said I'll get a phone call on Monday, and now I got an email that my request is marked as completed.  Whike nothing is completed.  All I want is to get a code from them, to activste the beta app that was included with the purchase.
