How I can do designing through adobe for my website?

Hello community,

I have built a website for massage service in specific area. As you know attractive designs are much necessary to show on website to the users. I have tried it on paint but those designs are not perfect that I post on my website  [link removed by moderator]  related to massage service. One of my friend let me know that you can design more attractive designs through adobe photoshop. But I donn't know how to make them through it. Can anyone from the community help me out against this problem? I just want to impress my users through attractive designs available on my website.
