Glenn's advice is probably the easiest to follow.  But if you really want to use the Organizer to send photos via an Outlook email account, you need to go to Edit>Preferences>Email and follow the instructions in the dialog to set up the account:

Easiest? do this:  Just save it (save for web) to a location you can find.  Attach it or embed it in your email.   mAINY email servers have a 10MB limit on attachments.   g-mail has a 25mb attachment size limit.
