what is going on today??? besides elements not working (leaving me multiply frustrated )--I can not get an answer to my question when I try to use elements search. I tried to go through the front page of the program for "how to" where it says "try it". that did not work. I tried doing a search and get all kinds of articles to read and NONE on my situation.  Look, please just tell me how to create a collage. that is to put several photographs on one background, no multiple exposures, no special effects, no nothing but "make a collage". ( and get this photoshop elements 2020 straightened out )!

  1. Create a new file in the Editor according to your desired resolution. (Set the background color to your choice.)
  2. Open all of the files in the Editor that you wish to place in the collage.
  3. Select the new file from the Photo Bin.
  4. Drag and drop your collage photos from the Photo Bin to the new file.
  5. Using the Move tool, select the handles around a photo to resize and locate the photo in the collage.

    thank you for information but there is still a problem. I followed the instructions in vedio and am not happy with what I got. I used one of the portrait templates and I'm ok with the arrangement of photos. I saved the creation. But the problem is that the finished creation is only 1,200 wide and 1,800 high which would give me nothing more than a 4 x 6 inch print. That is not acceptable.
