How to access my purchased Elements 2022

have new Laptop. Backed up files from old one and reinstalled Elements. I cannot open Photo Editor without a password. I have an account with a password but the scereen wants the serial number which I do not have. The redemtion code from 2019 does not work either. How do I talk to a person rather than a bot? Thanks for any help.

If you registered the software with Adobe, sign in to your Adobe account, and you should find the serial number there.

I think the OP has already used the redemption code in 2019, but didn't save the serial number. As I'm sure you know, a redemption code can only be used once to get a serial number.
