How to activate free trial of Elements - can't find serial number

I have 3 days left on my free trial and I want to purchase the program. It's requesting a serial number. Apparently they sent me an email with a serial number in it...I can't find the email anywhere. How do I proceed to purchase it? I have contacted Adobe through Chat but am on hold with them - I've been waiting a looong time for someone to answer the chat.

Hi,

Have you actually bought it yet? - I would expect the number to be on the receipt.

If you bought it from Adobe, you should be able to log in to Adobe.com with your Adobe Id that you used when you purchased it.

Go to Manage your account, then go to Plans & Products. You should be able to see your Order History and eventually find your serial number.

Hi Brian -

I haven't purchased it yet. It was a free 30 day trial that I downloaded. When the page came up telling me I had 3 more days in the trial and would I like to purchase it - I selected that I would like to activate it. Then it took me to a page to enter the serial number. I can't find that they ever sent me a serial number. I logged into my account and looked at my products and don't see it there either. I definitely have it on my computer and have been using it...any ideas?
